I'm Blake — here’s a little about me and what brings me light.
My guiding light is helping people realize they are not alone. Connecting people and building community makes me feel alive.
I am currently at the Yale School of Public Health getting a Masters in Public Health to work on the crisis of loneliness we humans are facing.
Vulnerability is my super power and in my free time, I’m using that power to connect young grieving women in New York with the Dinner Party, to support texters in crisis as a volunteer crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line, and to host events bringing strangers together in community with Skip the Small Talk.
I briefly dabbled in comedy.
I write a real vulnerable blog called Lessons From… (I’ve taken a break but starting up again soon.)
You can follow me on X, but I haven’t been that active lately. If you came here to see what I do for work, just go to my LinkedIn. You can find more ways to connect with me here.
Anyway, welcome!
